What is a Branch Manager? |

The Branch Manager is a CITIZENS FINANCIAL MORTGAGE INC. employee who has the freedom to run His/Her Branch in a way that makes sense for the market area. The Branch Manager is in charge of the Branch and how the profits and expenses of the offices are determined monthly. |

What experience do I need? |
| |
Our Branch Managers need at least 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Originator. Good credit and professional reputation is a must. A Branch Manager must possess the qualities of hiring and training employees. In addition they should be able to solve day to day business decisions that arise. |

Would the Branch Manager be a 1099 or a W2 employee? |

The Branch Manager would be a W2 employee and all the other Loan officers would be W2 employees as well. |

Who covers all Payroll Tax contributions? |

The Branch covers all expenses. |

How are Branch Expenses paid? |
| |
Branch expenses are paid from gross profits of each Branch. Some example of expenses would include but not be limited to: Office Lease, Telephone, Utilities, Office supplies, Marketing Expenses, Postage etc. The Branch submits the bills to the Corporate office of Citizens Financial Mortgage inc. & our Accounting Department makes proper office deductions enabling the Net Branch to receive tax write offs for the business expenses that a business owner deserves. |

How often does the Branch Manager get paid? |

Each month a Profit and Loss Statement is issued and all profits are directly dispersed to the Net Branches. |

Can the Net Branch have In House Processors? |

Yes. We do not require Loans to be Processed at our Corporate Office. We do offer Processing Services to our Net Branches if they require it.. |

What if the Branch needs assistance with a Lender or a Loan Program? |

Our Branch Department Account Managers and support are available to set you up with Lender Representatives. |

Can the Branch use any Lender they wish? |

We would require all our Net Branches to use the Lenders that Citizens Financial Mortgage Inc. uses. But if the Net Branch is used to working with a specific Lender that we are not registered with, we would be more than happy to register ourselves with those Lenders as long as they are Licensed Lenders and can lend in the state you wish to work in. |

Do I have any control over the fees being charged to clients? |

Yes. You may charge any fees you wish as long as they fall within the lender's guidelines for that particular state. |

Can I refer FHA or other Government loans to the company? |

What is a CAP? |
| |
A citizens affiliated partner. |

Are there minimum production requirements or quotas? |
| |
Yes. The company expects at least 5 loans per quarter from its marketing associates by the second quarter of operation. The quota is not strictly enforced, but should serve as a guide to production expectations. |

Are you adding more lenders at this time, and can I request that a lender be added? |

Yes, more lenders are currently being added. Once you are approved, you may request that a lender be added to the list. The company is only interested in adding lenders that offer something distinctively superior to what the current lenders are able to offer. |
